Young BillyFor everything this gracious, amazing man has meant to Christendom, it’s about time a movie is made on his life!

According to this story from the Christian Post, “Billy: The Early Years” is currently being filmed and will hit the big screen in Fall 2008.

(Uh, that’s Billy Graham in case you didn’t quite recognize the hair).

Evidently, Armie Hammer will be playing the part of the young trailblazer and evangelist, due to his likeness. Regretfully, according to his IMDB page, Hammer is a bit actor found in one episode each of “Desperate Housewives”, “Arrested Development” and “Flicka”.

FLICKA?! Well, at least we can see Hammer’s fine work in the 2009 “Justice League: Mortal” as Batman. I smell an Oscar.
